Our kennels are completely full of wonderful dogs who have been waiting to meet their forever families. Our Dog of the Week has been waiting since June 6th when he came in as a stray.

Met Mocha! This handsome guy is three years old. He’s sweet natured and calm and easy to walk on a leash. Mocha loves his walks and spending time with his volunteer friends. He’s the perfect guy for walks in the park and sitting down to watch the world go by. He’s going to be a wonderful companion for the adopter who gives him a fresh start in a loving home.

You can meet Mocha and all of the other adoptable cats and dogs at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
