Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Springfield Police were called to Nancy’s Pizza on West Monroe on September 10th after a man used a counterfeit $50 bill to pay for his order. Officers also discovered the man had use counterfeit bills at three other businesses in the area around the same time. The suspect was described as a Black man wearing a grey shirt, black pants and a dew rag. Images of the suspect will be posted at cashfortips.us.
