Alaya Richelle Hunter came into this world on Saturday September 21, 2024 and passed later that day. She was born into a loving family, the daughter of Thomas and Amanda (Tucker) Hunter.

She is also survived by her sister, Kaylee Tucker; sister, Alivia Hunter; brother, Thomas Hunter Jr.; grandparents, Les and Marcie Hunter; grandmother, Mary Magerl; grandfather, Gary Tucker; and grandfather, Ed Strode; as well as several Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.

Alaya was preceded in death by her grandmother, Richelle Strode; great grandparents, Raymond and Judith Swaggerty; and great grandfather, Frank Tucker.

A visitation will be held for Alaya on Friday September 27, 2024 from 10:00 am till the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am. Alaya will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Cemetery in Petersburg, IL.

Funeral date and time are subject to change for the time being.
