Thomas Walsh Kelty, 79, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2024. He was born on January 8, 1945, in Springfield, Illinois.

Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center, prior to ceremonies.

Memorial Gathering & Mass of Christian Burial: Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Christ the King Church, 1930 Barberry Dr., Springfield. Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m., with Very Rev. Christopher House, celebrant. The family will host a Celebration of Life reception from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at Papa Frank’s Italian Restaurant.

Private Inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please feel free to make a gift in Tom’s name to SHG/Sacred Heart-Griffin High School.
