A vigil Sunday night at the Old State Capitol remembered a young woman known for her bright smile and positive attitude.  Emma Shafer was known throughout the community for her willingness to help.  Shafer was killed on July 11th. Hear the outpouring of love for Shafer with WAND TV. 

Police and U.S. Marshals continue to search for the suspect in the case – 25-year-old Gabriel Calixto.
