Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – The importance of voting, not just for the Presidential race, but also in local elections, was the focus of the All Men’s Vote Event hosted by the Faith Coalition for the Common Good in partnership with Amplified Prime for life at One in a Million Inc Wednesday evening.

The event consisted of program speakers, which included Moderator Frank Mcneil, Leader of Gamiel National Network David Gerth, Community leader Marc Bell, and Business owner Kevin Slot.

And panelists Alderman Shawn Gregory Ward 2, Principal of St Patrick Catholic school Micheal Carlson, and Board member of Faith Coalition Mark Franklin.

All men in leadership who want to encourage the public to do their research on the candidates, and to vote according to their core beliefs.

To close the event there was a call to action. Your vote counts. Use your right to vote and encourage those you know to vote as well.

You can find information on early voting on your County Clerk’s website. Sangamon county residents can find that information here.
