A procession of more than 30 cars passed through the city streets on Thursday morning to pay tribute to GIBSON. the Sangamon County Courthouse Facility Dog.

Gibson passed away on July 17th from cancer.  He was only eight years old.

In that brief time Gibson touched the lives of thousands of people who needed his services throughout Sangamon County.

The procession began at Butler Funeral Home and proceeded to Sangamon County Public Health and ended at the Sangamon County Courthouse.
