Get ready to see lots of classic cars…semis…motorcyles and even vintage racecars in the area today. The 10th Annual Powerlight Abe Lincoln Car Show will feature actor Butch Patrick who played Eddie Munster on The Munsters with his Dragula car and Eddie chopper motorcycle.

Here is a rundown of events for today Saturday August 5
8:00am -Noon Registration
8:30am – World War II Stinson flyover (weather permitting)
9:00am – Bomb Squad robot demo
9:00am – 3pm Butch Patrick on field
11:00am – Saints flight helicopter flyover and landing (weather permitting)
12:00pm – National Anthem
12:00pm – Tribute to World War II Vet
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Taylorcraft flyover (weather permitting)
3:00pm awards
Spectators free
Food – Food trucks on field
Bathrooms- on field and inside
Shuttle – two shuttles can take you to main building and back
Show is RAIN or SHINE
This year it is located at Cherry Hills Church, located at 2125 Woodside Rd, Springfield, IL 62711.  The facilities will provide a much better view of the event for onlookers.
