Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Both northbound lanes of MacArthur Boulevard will be closed Monday between Fayette and Lawrence Avenues to replace a leaking water service line. The pavement opening is necessary to do the work, so both northbound lanes will remain closed until road surface repairs are completed. Motorists are encouraged to plan for alternate routes.
