Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – You might say former Governors Pat Quinn and Jim Edgar worked together; when Edgar was Governor, Quinn was State Treasurer.  Quinn says he, like many others, remembers Edgar fondly.  Quinn talked with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
