Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Some of its focus will stay the same, but under a different form.  Downtown Springfield, Inc. has changed its non-profit status so that its revenue is not so membership-based, and will also allow the organization to better focus on arts, entertainment, and other things.  Jay Shanle, Director of Communications for DSI, spoke with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
