Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Candidates for public office aren’t all that’s on the March primary election ballot Tuesday.  Voters Sangamon County-wide are being asked to consider a referendum tied to mental health services, and the proposed formation of a mental health board.  Two people hoping for its passage are Springfield Public School Superintendent Jennifer Gill, and Assistant Superintendent Terrence Jordan.  They talked with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
