Some new downtown living is a step closer to happening.
Developer Victor Salerno took a question from Jim Dickey about the “Lofts on Madison” at a public hearing Monday afternoon.
“Are there any plans to include charging stations for electric vehicles? That may be an issue in the future,” asked Dickey.
“We will have some onsite parking, and I will say the building will be developed in an environmentally friendly manner, and we likely will have some charging stations in the parking,” responded Salerno.
The idea is for the 136-unit development at Fifth and Madison to link downtown and the medical district,
