Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – You’ve heard of a pub crawl. Now you can enjoy the Illinois Pork Tenderloin Crawl.

Mikayla Schaefer, director of marketing for the Illinois Pork Producers Association, says anyone who has a pork tenderloin from at least eight of the eleven participating restaurants will get a T-shirt and a chance to win a $50 gift card.

“I think it’s just always been a Midwest favorite, and at Buford’s (in Sadorus), I think it’s over two pounds now, and sometimes they add about four buns,” said Schaefer. “It’s something you can share with your family, and it’s just got some great spices, and it’s just a great overall sandwich. You can’t go wrong with it.”
