Franklin L. R. Frohn, 90, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024, at his residence.

He was born in Loraine, IL, on September 28, 1933, the son of Orville and Laura Shaw Frohn.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
