An Illinois Lottery worker is charged with stealing books of instant tickets from retailers and then redeeming the winning tickets. 57-year-old Dean Derrick of Springfield, who worked as a lottery sales representative, faces multiple felony counts including theft of government property, official misconduct and wire fraud.  24-year-old Frazier Mack of Springfield faces charges for allegedly working with Derrick and redeeming some of the stolen tickets at retailers in the area. Both men are due back in court on March 30th.
