Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) UPDATE – Tahini & Tiana were adopted together.

This week Meow Mobile is highlighting a bonded pair of gorgeous sisters – Tahini & Tiana. They are lovely brown patched tabbies with white, about 15 months old. The girls were originally adopted from Sangamon County Animal Control & Adoption Center in June 2023 as itty bitty kittens. They were returned on June 4, 2024, through no fault of the cats – with no claws. Both Tahini & Tiana are now all four paw declawed, which makes us very sad.

The sisters have been let down by humans, but they are still wonderful sweethearts – friendly, affectionate, and playful, and seeking their true forever home together. They should be fine with another feline sibling as long as introductions are handled appropriately. Tahini & Tiana are ready to go home with you – spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated appropriate to age. They are negative for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV).
