George “Dave” David Rexroat, 72, of Springfield, died at 11:37 a.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at his home.

Dave was born November 12, 1951, in Peoria, IL.

Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Boardman-Smith Funeral Home, 800 South Grand Avenue West, Springfield, IL. A Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Britton Rexroat and Pastor Clint Cook officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
