45-year-old Kyle Bounds of Hudson, IL drowned and was pronounced dead just after 8 p.m. according to DeWitt County Coroner Randy J. Rice.
Of those, nine are Democrats, five are Republicans and one is a bipartisan commission. Illinois is included.
