The Visit Springfield team including Abe Lincoln will be on the road promoting Illinois’ capital city this summer. Amy Beadle with the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, on the WTAX Morning Newswatch, says they are doing a marketing push in Kansas City.  Visit Springfield has partnered with Carvertise with six wrapped Uber and Lyft Cars that will circulate in the Kansas City market through August. Abe will join the cars and the Visit Springfield team for photo ops and to promote Springfield at the NFL Draft Fan Experience this Thursday.
