A Chillicothe man waived his right to be indicted and pleaded guilty Thursday to firebombing the Planned Parenthood building in Peoria. 32-year-old Tyler Massengill admitted that he set fire to the structure on January 15th.
Charges include malicious use of fire and an explosive to damage, and attempt to damage, the Planned Parenthood Peria health Center building. Sentencing is set for July 6th.
Massengill faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and could receive up to 20 years along with possible fines of up to $250,000.
