A new sculpture at the Abraham Lincoln presidential library and museum highlights the powerful words of the 16th president. The Beacon of Endurance is an obelisk that reaches almost 25 feet tall outside of the museum. The bottom section features quotes from Lincoln, while the top has words like unity, honor and hope. The words on top will be lit and projected onto the museum wall for a few hours each night. The sculpture was done by an art and design firm in Chicago.
