No driving and videoconferencing under a bill passed unanimously by the Illinois House this week. The measure tweaks current distracted driving laws and prohibits drivers from videoconferencing, using social media or streaming videos while behind the wheel.  It includes when a driver is using it in hands-free mode or when it can be controlled by a single button to initiate or terminate a call.  The bill was proposed by Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias. It now faces a Senate vote.
