It’s not all about birdies and eagles! The Memorial Health Championship at Panther Creek Country Club is helping to fund strong communities says Memorial Health Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer Aimee Daily. Memorial’s five hospital foundations were chosen to receive $85,000 dollars from the proceeds from last year’s golf tournament. Daily says the money will help in a variety of ways such as providing transportation for patients to medical appointments and equipment for treatment. She adds that it will also fund training and education for healthcare workers. This year’s tournament will be held at Panther Creek from June 29th through July 2nd. Admission is free thanks to Visit Springfield. Get tickets and more info at memorialhealthchampionship.com.
