Sacred Heart-Griffin administrators held a news conference Friday to announce the name of the new president of the Catholic high school.

Its Dr. Bill Moredock. He is currently the principal of Little Flower Grade School in Springfield.

He is a 1972 graduate of SH-G, attended Notre Dame University and spent 27 years prior to his tenure at Little Flower as a counselor and administrator SH-G.

He and his wife, Susan, have three children all grads of Sacred Heart-Griffin.

He will assume his new duties on July 1st.
