Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – The US Marshals Service and IDOC Parole are looking for a man they say is armed and dangerous.

Tyson Hays is wanted on a parole violation warrant.

He was last seen in Garrett, IL on October 3, where he ran from Parole when they were trying to take him into custody to return to IDOC custody.

Hays may be driving a white, 1991, Ford F-150, IL license plate number 3490361B.

Our news partners at WAND-TV say the vehicle is reported to be in poor condition with a lot of body damage.

Anyone who has information is urged to contact the US Marshals Service, Parole and local law enforcement agencies.
