Carol S. (Huff) Mouser, 78, of Riverton, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. surrounded by her family. Carol was born on October 15, 1946, in Pennington Gap, VA. The daughter of Charles “Hollie” and Goldie Mae (Redmond) Huff. She married Harold Mouser on July 17, 1970 and they shared 60 years together. Carol is retired from the State of Illinois.

She is survived by her husband, Harold; son, David; daughter in law, Christina; grandchildren Zack, Adam (Clara), Justin (Kara), and Justina (J.R.); sisters, Deanna Patton and Barbara Huff; brother, James “Jim” Huff; 14 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 1 sister.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 10:00AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00PM at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home, 200 S. Church St. in Mechanicsburg. Cremation will be accorded after services.
