Colette Constance Perry, 61, of Springfield, passed away at 4:08 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Chicago on September 4, 1963.

Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center following ceremonies.
