Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department to identify an individual in reference to a theft and unlawful use of credit cards.

On June 28th, 2025, the victim reported losing a debit card and the card being used around Springfield.  The suspect, who appear to be a black male several purchases in town totaling over $1,000.00.
