Beginning in June statements, CWLP bills are back to a one-page format! Making this change simplifies the bill view in a more concise and easier to read format. This bill view also now includes billing detail for Solar Net Metering customers.

The previous two-page bill format has been in place since 2014 and was designed to differentiate between CWLP services and charges, which appeared on Page 1, while Page 2 showed services and charges CWLP collects for and passes on to other agencies including the Office of Public Works for the Sewer Fund and Waste & Recycling Fee and the Springfield Sangamon Water Reclamation District for its Sanitary Fees.

Some customers with multiple accounts and services will still have a two-page bill.

Customers that sign up for myCWLP.com online account management can choose to go paperless, which also allows for viewing and printing bills online, along with prompter payment planning.
