Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Sangamon County Coroner Jim Allmon has confirmed the female found dead Tuesday afternoon in a field in the 3200 block of Ridgely Road is Georgia Holder. The 51-year-old Springfield woman went missing Feb. 8. after being last seen alive near Dirksen Parkway and Ridge Avenue.

An autopsy done Wednesday showed no evidence of injury or trauma, according to a news release from Allmon. The official cause of death is pending additional studies. The death remains under investigation by the Sangamon County Coroner and the Springfield Police.
