MARCH 20, 1949 – JULY 6, 2024

Kurt Alan Kabat, 75, of Springfield, went to be reunited with his beautiful wife of 36 years, Nancy on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
Kurt was born March 20, 1949, in Chicago, IL to Robert Kabat and Dorothy (Prochaska) Orlowski. He served in the 1st Infantry Division of the United States Army. He married the love of his life, Nancy Kabat, on December 9, 1983, at West Side Christian Church. They spent a lifetime cherishing the love they had. They supported (and spoiled) each other, and they shared their happiness with their family and friends.
