Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – High school age students interested in the many forms of electronic media can now take part in Lincoln Land Community College’s free summer Media Makers Camps.

The day camps will explore many facets of integrated media including 2-D and 3-D animation, film making, social media and the kids will even build their own video game.

Integrated media design instructor, Jazzy Quick, visited on the WTAX Morning Newswatch to say her background in marketing and film making adds to the pool of expertise students will have available to them.

She says as part of the film making/social media project the kids will have a murder mystery to solve using clues provided by the instructors. She says only she will know the identity of the pretend killer.
