Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – We meet a lot of awesome cats at SCAC, but some are just a little more awesome than others. Frank’s awesome meter is turned ALL the way up. This guy is a total tabby charmer – he loves pets, he loves toys, he even loves dogs!

Frank arrived on January 14 via owner surrender through no fault of his own. He’s around a year old. Frank is ready to go home with you – neutered, microchipped, vaccinated appropriate to age, and negative for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV).
