Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Harriett is a lovely 3-year-old tortoiseshell cat. She came to the APL with her three kittens. She was a wonderful mom and is now ready for a home of her own.
She is a sweet, calm girl. She would be happiest in a quiet home where she can relax with her people. She will not be in your face looking for attention, but will happily sit near you and purr happily, appreciating the companionship.
Harriett did fine interacting with the dogs in her foster home and was indifferent to them most of the time. Harriett is available for adoption at the Animal Protective League, 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. The APL is open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
