Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – This week Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in reference to multiple burglaries to motor vehicles in Springfield and Sangamon County.

On August 18th deputies responded to Little Saigon on Wabash Ave in reference to vehicles being broken into.

Security cameras captured a black man with a buzz cut wearing a black vest, navy basketball shorts and white Nike Shoes breaking into vehicles.

The suspect was also seen driving a silver Chrysler 300.  This same man and vehicle has also been seen at several other reported vehicle break-ins.
