Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – The 39th Annual Illinois Police Memorial ceremony paid tribute to fallen officers and their families. The Memorial Celebration was held Wednesday, May at Tradewinds and the ceremony followed on Thursday, May 2 at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
