Roger Lee Theilen, 75, of Springfield, died at 8:25 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at St. John’s Hospital.

He was born November 25, 1948, in Springfield, IL.

Visitation: Family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield, IL.

Funeral Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield.

Burial will follow at Farmington Cemetery with military honors provided by the Department of Defense.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.
