Georgia HolderSpringfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Georgia Holder’s family say it is out of character for her to go without contact. The 51-year-old Springfield woman has been missing since Feb. 8. She was last seen that morning around 5:30 a.m. near North Dirksen Parkway and Ridge Avenue, wearing a black coat with stripes and a blue nightgown underneath. Holder is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 90 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
