Peoria, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) -Two Peoria residents are accused of robbing two spas in that area, but also a spa in Jacksonville.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Titus Alexander, 32, and Mitchell Smith, 43, face federal robbery charges, and were arrested last week in Jacksonville.

Prosecutors say all three hold-ups happened last month or this month. One was the Ocean Spa in Dunlap, the Sister Relax Spa in Peoria, and the third — happening May 17 — was at the Summer Spa in Jacksonville.

The two are being held in U.S. Marshals custody pending trial. Each could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted and as much as $250,000 in fines.
