Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – The weekend starts off with hot temps. We could see rain or even storms on Friday. Saturday, expect the high to reach almost 90 with a chance for showers. There’s a better chance we’ll see showers and even storms on Sunday, but expect cooler temps.  Sunday’s high will be around 75.
