Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – We head into the weekend today with temps topping out in the upper 80s, but it will be a bit cooler for the final two days of the Illinois State Fair. Other than a slight chance for thunderstorms Saturday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be sunny with highs around 80.
