Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – The Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge has concluded, and the top chefs have been awarded. Local residents voted for their favorite chefs and dishes throughout October.

Over 240 people participated, including “super voters” who dined at three or more participating restaurants. Voters included vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters, all supporting local chefs.
