Johnnell Smith was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison for possessing heroin with intent to distribute and for possessing a firearm in while committing a drug crime.
The $10 million settlement requires final approval from the board at its meeting on Tuesday.
The burglaries occurred at Linda’s Gaming Parlor and Parkway Pub.
Bailey and his co-conspirators were responsible for distributing large amounts of controlled substances in the Springfield area.
