Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Ten years may not have been enough for Philip Nelson. Nelson was recently elected the 17th president of the Illinois Farm Bureau for a two year term. He was the 14th president from 2003 to 2013. Nelson says the agency in some respects has lost its way, and he’ll work to bring it back. Nelson talked with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
