Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – The setting is, at least partially, “Alice in Wonderland.”  But, the backdrop is England during World War II.  Active and Creative Teen Theatre (ACTT) performs a musical called “Alice by Heart,” playing this weekend at the Hoogland Center.  Kierie Pickett, who plays Alice, and Payne Osbourne, who plays Alfred, talk with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
