Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – It may be the last chance.  After an effort to get an advisory referendum on the November election ballot failed by getting signatures, the Sangamon County Board will be asked Tuesday night to approve the referendum. It has to do with a longstanding effort to give voters the chance to recall county elected officials. Sam Cahnman, a county board member, talks with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
