Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – It’s normally put out for public display around Juneteenth, but with the anniversary of its signing coming up, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum is putting a signed copy of the Emancipation Proclamation out for a public viewing.
