Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – This is the 20th year for an annual fundraiser for the Thomas Rees Memorial Carillon.  The “Art Spectacular” at the Carillon is Saturday and Sunday, September 13th and 14th, and includes opportunities to see and buy art for both adults and kids alike.  Connie Heskett is chair of the event, and talks with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
