Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – 85 percent of the budget for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois comes from state and federal sources, according to Tiffany Mathis Posey, the Clubs’ CEO and executive director, making her concerned that programs and services may be cut if federal funding cuts take hold.
